Christmas Donate A Letter Workshop

To tie in with our Christmas campaign to spread some joy to cancer patients this festive season, we invite you to join our Christmas themed online letter writing workshop. 

Christmas can be a time when cancer patients feel more lonely, isolated - and often disconnected with society. Every year we have a Christmas campaign to generate as many letters as we can to ensure that those facing cancer who would like a letter - whether at home, or in hospital - receive one from us. 

Please join our letter writing workshop;

• If you're new to writing for us and need a bit of guidance to get started

• If you're in need of some inspiration 

• Or if you're a regular writer who fancies getting into the Christmas spirit. 

Everyone is welcome. Bring some scrap paper, a pen and a piece of stationery that you'd like to use and send.

The aim of this workshop is to have a letter or card ready to post in to us for our Donate A Letter programme by the end (ahead of our campaign postal deadline of 11th December) to ensure letters are distributed to cancer patients in time for Christmas. Or, you may want to post yours to a friend, relative, colleague or neighbour who is facing cancer. It’s up to you.

Our workshop offers both free tickets and ones where you can give a donation. We recommend a donation of £5, which will help us send 6 letters to people facing cancer. Thank you so much.
